Our December Writer’s Pen & Grill is a fundraiser for Creekside Hospice, and we’ll be at two locations!
The December Writer’s Pen & Grill will begin at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, December 14th at Insert Coin(s), and then move to Don’t Tell Mama’s (which is across the street!) at 8pm. If you haven’t been downtown in awhile, take this opportunity to check it out again. It’s like a big party every evening!
Parking can often be a bit of a challenge downtown. A few options include: the valet at the El Cortez. It’s just a short walk from Insert Coin(s) and Don’t Tell Mama. You can also valet or park at any of the casinos on Fremont and then just follow the zip line along Fremont Street. And, there’s also the Fremont Parking Plaza garage.
Our December meetup is also a fundraiser for Creekside Hospice in recognition of the help and aid they provided to our fellow writer, Grace Andrews, when her mother required assistance. Please make your checks payable to Creekside Hospice. If you can’t attend our December event, please consider mailing a donation to this worthwhile organization.
